Lower rate VAT comes into force
Computer Aided Business Systems have updated their accounting and quotation systems at a 'flick of a switch'. Quotations and accounts will be processed at 15% until the planned reinstatement of a higher VAT charge on January 1st 2010.

VAT has been reduced by 2.5% - an effective saving of 2.1%
